Services purchased through www.cotginanalytics.in are on-demand. www.cotginanalytics.in regrets that it cannot cancel orders, accept returns, or provide refunds on these services as they are on-demand. www.cotginanalytics.in accepts no responsibility for the quality of the content (including misspelled words, grammatical errors, etc.), its design, or its overall appearance. Our publishing platform is open to everyone and the authors decide the content and design quality. Our staff does not monitor or check individual content before publication through our website.
www.cotginanalytics.in will provide a replacement copy if you receive a product with a production defect (missing pages, torn corners, etc.). Please send an e-mail to info@cotginanalytics.in mentioning your order number and the defect found in your purchase.
Clients have the right to cancel services at any time before the commencement of the website design or development process. To cancel services, clients must notify us in writing via email or through our designated cancellation request form on our website.
Full or partial refunds may be available based on the stage of the project and work completed. If the cancellation request is made before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided. If work has begun but is not completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred by our team.
Any third-party costs incurred by Cotgin Analytics during the project (e.g., domain purchases, stock imagery licenses) are non-refundable. Services that have been completed and delivered to the client as per the agreed-upon terms are not eligible for refunds.
Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will review the request and communicate the refund amount, if applicable, within said days. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Neither www.cotginanalytics.in (including its and their Directors, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives, or subcontractors) shall be liable for any loss or liability resulting directly or indirectly from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, weather, strikes, defects, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, walkouts, fire, acts of war, or other like causes. www.cotginanalytics.in shall have no responsibility to provide you access to www.cotginanalytics.in during the interruption of www.cotginanalytics.in due to any such cause shall continue.
Cotgin Analytics reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure events or extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the client or our company.
Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or issues regarding services and potential cancellations directly with our customer service team for clarification and resolution.
Cotgin Analytics Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delhi, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this www.cotginanalytics.in. Use of www.cotginanalytics.in is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not affect all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
